A growing family, in a restrictive plot, on a very restrictive budget dictated Resolute plans to make the most efficient design decisions for this family’s modest aspirations. The decision to renovate the family garage into a further bedroom allowed the development of the side of the main dwelling. This in turn opened the living space and created even more bedrooms for the ever growing family. Creating a shallow plan allowed natural light to flood in through the north and south elevations and allowed for a proportionate garden.
